Fred Jelks

Mr. Jelks joined Marc Bell Capital in 2007. Prior to MBCP, Mr. Jelks worked as an analyst in the Investment Banking division at UBS in New York focusing on the Telecommunications sector. While at UBS, Mr. Jelks participated in various mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt offerings, including a $750 million Notes offering for Citizens Communications.

Mr. Jelks received his BA in Economics from Yale University.
